- Pipeline Management: Track and manage opportunities using CRM tools, maintaining accurate records and updates.
- Exceed Targets: Consistently achieve and surpass sales goals, contributing to the team’s outstanding performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and client support teams to develop cohesive strategies that maximise results.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to listen, analyse, and match solutions to client needs.
- Confidence in leading online demos and articulating value propositions.
- A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with resilience to overcome challenges.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and a tech-savvy approach to managing workflows.
