Managing Consultant

Location: Pune, Bengaluru, Chennai We are looking for a Senior Techno-Functional Consultant with experience in the Payments domain. The candidate would be expected to have the following traits / exposure: Skills and Experience requirement -Functional and technical understanding of payment architectures, core payment processing solutions and underlying payment business processes. Experience on any industry led platforms would be a bonus. -Understanding of the basic payment hub architecture, the surround systems for payment hubs in a typical payment hub architecture -Hands on experience in business rule configuration, profiles set up and other static data set up based on bank’s business requirement -Understanding of underlying payment flows and business processes -Hands-on experience with platform implementation lifecycle – gap analysis, interface study, data migration, support of SIT, UAT, penetration testing. -Exposure to any of the payment messaging formats would be a plus -Understanding of Payments domain with demonstrable knowledge on - Real time, batch payments, high value and cross border payments. -Should understand the workflow for bulk payments (mass pay) and single payments (high value and real time)-Should have a know-how of defect triaging for identifying the root cause of issue -Must have exposure to typical payment platform components such as process engine, rules engine, format designer, alerts / notification engine, exceptions management, network wait queues -Must have exposure to batch, real time interface with surround applications in a bank’s environment using industry standard protocols -Be able to an appreciation of micro services-based payment transaction flows. Preferred add-ons to the profile: -Eliciting integration requirements from bank’s business and IT stakeholders -Work with Bank SMEs to create business requirement documents (BRD) , Integration requirement documents (IRD)-Work with product SMEs to perform Gap analysis and create technical requirement documents -Work with the domain team to create Interface specification documents (ISD)-Guide and support the banks business teams in executing test cases for various payments scenarios -Support the bank’s team with defect triage and identifying the root cause as either configuration or code defect. Create Agile user stories and acceptance documentation -Participates in all agile ceremonies -BSA’s facilitation of pre-grooming and grooming sessions during agile ceremonies -Direct interaction with Line of Business partners internal and external and business groups. -Identifies and documents all system constraints, implications and consequences of various proposed system changes. -Provides recommendations for addressing and resolving business issues, for a specific business group. -Reasonable written skills -Reasonable communication skills -Ability to analyze these requirements to ensure the success of a system or software development project -Ability to adapt to a fast-learning environment and deliver as a Lead Solutions architect demonstrating ownership and drive in a short span of time
