Health Platform: Role Description Position: Software Engineer - Full stack JavaScript Location: On-site, Hyderabad City, Telangana after 3 Months potential Hydbrid Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: 9 LPA to 15 LPA - CTC (depending on experience and expertise) As a Senior Software Engineer at Raiqa AI Health, you will play a crucial role in driving the development of innovative healthcare solutions. This role focuses on back-end and front-end development using modern technologies to build scalable, efficient, and secure systems. You will collaborate with a dynamic team of developers, product managers, and AI specialists to enhance platform performance and reliability. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain robust back-end systems using Node.js and SQL databases (PostgreSQL or similar). - Build and enhance front-end applications using ReactJS, ensuring a seamless user experience. - Create and optimize APIs, including GraphQL for efficient data communication between client and server. - Implement DevOps best practices, including CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment strategies. - Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize the platform to ensure high performance and reliability. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features aligned with business goals. - Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies, driving innovation and improvement across the platform. Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Experience: • Minimum of 3 years in software development , with proven hands-on expertise in: • Modern ReactJS for front-end development (Next.js experience is a bonus). • Node.js for back-end development. • Experience with Loopback framework is a plus. • SQL databases, particularly PostgreSQL or similar relational databases. Bonus Skills: • Familiarity with Generative AI frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph. DevOps Knowledge: • Understanding and experience with DevOps tools and processes, including CI/CD pipelines, Docker and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. Technical Proficiency: • Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and coding standards. • Experience with API design and integration (GraphQL is highly desirable). • Comprehensive understanding of data and API security best practices. Testing Skills: • Expertise in unit testing and API testing to ensure robust and reliable software. Soft Skills: • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking abilities. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration within cross-functional teams.
