Job Summary: As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will lead a proficient team and be responsible for carefully planning and executing HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems for luxury residential projects. Your responsibilities include ensuring adherence to local regulations, overseeing detailed designs, managing project budgets, and promoting effective communication with clients and project stakeholders on a daily basis. Job Responsibilities:
- Lead MEP shop drawings and coordination drawings preparation.
- Participate in technical meetings with design/supervision consultants.
- Participate in technical meetings with project site team.
- Provide technical assistance for the site team.
- Inspect and approve site installations.
- Ensure that site works are in line with project schedule.
- Implement site testing and commissioning.
- Prepare BOQ for tender submissions, in line with project specifications & Vendors list.
- Lead the MEP design for company development projects.
- Meet the site target of zero overdue compliance actions in terms of execution, quality, and documentation.
- Develop improvement methods to address issues of concern.
- Act as a point of contact for all third parties.
- Have comprehension of the standards and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 15 years’ experience with expertise in luxury residential projects.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Demonstrated leadership in overseeing site installations, testing, and commissioning processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality assurance and compliance.
