  1. Facilities Manager/Project Manager Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering. Candidates with 7-10 years experience in the FM industry.
  2. Soft Services Manager Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (any field). Candidates with 5-7 years experience in FM.
  3. Facilities Engineer Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering. Candidates with 5-7 years experience (FM industry preferred).
  4. Supervisor – Hard Services Job Requirements: Engineering Diploma in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering. Candidates with 3-5 years experience (FM industry preferred).
  5. Supervisor – Soft Services Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (any field). Candidates with 5-7 years experience in FM.
  6. Supervisor – Landscaping Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (any field). Candidates with 5-7 years experience in FM.
  7. Safety Officer Job Requirements: Engineering Diploma (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical). Candidates with 3-5 years experience (FM industry preferred).
  8. HSE Coordinator Job Requirements: Engineering Diploma (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical). Candidates with 1-3 years experience (FM industry preferred).
  9. Administrator Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (any field). Candidates with 1-3 years experience in FM (Arabic-speaking is an advantage).
  10. CAFM Administrator Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (any field). Candidates with minimum 3 years experience in FM (Arabic-speaking is an advantage).
  11. Technical Lead/Project Coordinator Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (any field). Candidates with 1-3 years experience (FM industry preferred).
  12. Multi Technicians Job Requirements: Maintenance experience in HVAC, electricity, plumbing. Candidates with 3-5 years of GCC experience.
