We are now seeking a highly skilled and passionate Consultant Pediatric Pulmonologist to join our team in Dubai. Job Description We are looking for a Consultant Pediatric Pulmonologist to provide exceptional medical care to infants, children, and adolescents with respiratory disorders. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of respiratory conditions in young patients, including asthma, cystic fibrosis, bronchitis, and pneumonia. You will also be responsible for managing a team of medical professionals and collaborating with other specialists to provide comprehensive care for your patients. Responsibilities

Diagnose and treat respiratory disorders in infants, children, and adolescents
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients' medical history and symptoms
Perform diagnostic tests, including lung function tests, allergy testing, and sleep studies
Create and implement personalized treatment plans for each patient based on their specific needs and conditions
Monitor and document patients' progress and response to treatment
Collaborate with other specialists, including pediatricians, otolaryngologists, and allergists, to provide comprehensive care for patients
Educate and counsel patients and their families on preventive measures, treatment options, and lifestyle changes
Conduct research, publish papers, and participate in medical conferences and educational programs to stay updated on the latest advancements in pediatric pulmonology
Manage and supervise a team of medical professionals, including nurses, respiratory therapists, and other support staff
Adhere to all healthcare policies, regulations, and standards in providing safe and quality care to patients
Attend to emergencies and provide on-call coverage as needed

Qualifications

Medical degree with specialization in Pediatric Pulmonology
Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing as a Consultant Pediatric Pulmonologist
Valid license to practice in Dubai or eligible for registration with Dubai Health Authority (DHA)
Strong understanding of pediatric respiratory disorders and their treatment
Excellent diagnostic and treatment planning skills
Proven ability to lead and manage a team of medical professionals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
Ability to work well under pressure and handle emergencies effectively
