We are now seeking a highly skilled and passionate Consultant Pediatric Pulmonologist to join our team in Dubai. Job Description We are looking for a Consultant Pediatric Pulmonologist to provide exceptional medical care to infants, children, and adolescents with respiratory disorders. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of respiratory conditions in young patients, including asthma, cystic fibrosis, bronchitis, and pneumonia. You will also be responsible for managing a team of medical professionals and collaborating with other specialists to provide comprehensive care for your patients. Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat respiratory disorders in infants, children, and adolescents
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients' medical history and symptoms
- Perform diagnostic tests, including lung function tests, allergy testing, and sleep studies
- Create and implement personalized treatment plans for each patient based on their specific needs and conditions
- Monitor and document patients' progress and response to treatment
- Collaborate with other specialists, including pediatricians, otolaryngologists, and allergists, to provide comprehensive care for patients
- Educate and counsel patients and their families on preventive measures, treatment options, and lifestyle changes
- Conduct research, publish papers, and participate in medical conferences and educational programs to stay updated on the latest advancements in pediatric pulmonology
- Manage and supervise a team of medical professionals, including nurses, respiratory therapists, and other support staff
- Adhere to all healthcare policies, regulations, and standards in providing safe and quality care to patients
- Attend to emergencies and provide on-call coverage as needed
- Medical degree with specialization in Pediatric Pulmonology
- Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing as a Consultant Pediatric Pulmonologist
- Valid license to practice in Dubai or eligible for registration with Dubai Health Authority (DHA)
- Strong understanding of pediatric respiratory disorders and their treatment
- Excellent diagnostic and treatment planning skills
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team of medical professionals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
