Full job description

Role Description This is a full-time role for an Architect Engineer at YAD Architectural Engineering Consultants in Dubai. The Architect will be responsible for architectural design, project management, and integration tasks on a day-to-day basis. The ideal candidate will be a qualified architect who is able to construct clear diagrams using AutoCAD and REVIT. This candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project initiation and completion as per the UAE Laws and diligently communicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution. This candidate should also be able to conduct quality assurance checks on a frequent basis in order to ensure regulations are being followed. Responsibilities:

Create plans and drawings which clearly outline architectural design of projects
Utilize knowledge of engineering, math, science, and materials in order to create ideal finished product
Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work and adherence to safety standards
Oversee and make recommendations throughout entire construction process
Collaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules, and budgets

Qualifications:

Architecture and Architectural Design skills
Bachelor's degree in Architecture
5+ years of experience in architectural field
Knowledge and experience of working as per UAE standards.
UAE Society of Engineers Card
Proficient in AutoCAD, REVIT, and 3D presentations.
Experience in Project Management
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Note: Candidates with Driving License will be preferred. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Experience:

Architectural Designing: 3 years (Required)
