Position Compensation And Benefits Specialist - ME Job Responsibilities

Payroll Management

  • Verify the payroll variables on monthly / term / annual basis based on related targets achievement.
  • Keep record of payroll elements, deductibles and other adjustments sent to the payroll team.
  • Coordinate with Accounting team on monthly payroll processing and closing activity.
  • Calculate HC / FTE / staff costs including all the accruals on monthly basis.
  • Submit monthly and annual head count and payroll reports to the central team.

Compensation Program Management

  • Conduct job evaluations and market research to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Analyze and recommend adjustments to compensation programs based on market trends, company performance, and employee needs.
  • Develop and maintain salary ranges and guidelines.
  • Support the regional HRBPs on compensation proposals vs approved budgets and provide the guidance in case of deviations.

Benefits Program Management

  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health & life insurance, and other perks.
  • Evaluate and recommend changes to benefits programs based on employee needs and market trends.
  • Communicate benefits information to employees and answer their questions.

Budgeting And Reporting

  • Support in preparation of the staff cost budgets.
  • Monitor, report, and adjust the budget as needed.
  • Track and analyze staff cost expenses.
  • Prepare reports on staff cost metrics.

Compliance And Policy Development

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
  • Develop and maintain compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors in HR. Finance / Accounting knowledge is also desirable.
  • Excellence in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel.
  • Compensation & Benefits with Payroll processing experience is preferable.
  • English language is a must.
  • Knowledge of GCC labor laws will be a plus.
