We are currently seeking a skilled and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to promote our products/services and enhance our online presence. Responsibilities:

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and content marketing.
Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive analysis to optimize campaign performance.
Create engaging and persuasive content for digital platforms, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters.
Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, monitoring, and responding to comments/messages.
Monitor website analytics and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Optimize website content and structure for improved search engine visibility (SEO) and user experience.
Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and external agencies to create compelling visual and written assets for marketing campaigns.
Stay informed about emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve strategies and tactics.
Monitor industry news and competitor activities to identify opportunities and ensure a competitive edge.
Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance, including ROI, conversion rates, and audience engagement.

Qualifications:

Solid understanding of various digital marketing channels, platforms, and strategies.
Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing software, and SEO tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing approaches.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website CMS platforms is a plus.
Familiarity with graphic design principles and tools is advantageous.
