• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to placement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Identify and attract top talent using innovative sourcing strategies.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and candidate assessments.
• Provide consultative advice to clients on hiring strategies.
• Maintain accurate records and manage candidate pipelines.
• Stay up to date with market trends within our core sectors.

• Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within executive search or one of our specialist sectors.
• Strong ability to source, assess, and place high-calibre candidates.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organised, and capable of managing multiple projects.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
