Who We Are : Swansea Sitting within the wider Teaching Personnel team, we are a nimble and energetic team of 4, based in the heart of Swansea SA1. Our office is on Princess Way and around us we have restaurants, coffee shops and the beach should you want to go for a scenic walk during lunch. We love working together and welcoming new colleagues, who are always supported to learn and develop as they begin an exciting new chapter within their career - after all, we've all been there! You will have full autonomy to lead a thriving team covering a specialist sector (Primary, Secondary or SEN).
