This business is on an exciting growth trajectory with more expansion-related projects underway - now is a great time to join this business.The Opportunity - a flexible 6-month contractThe purpose of this position is to deliver the health and wellness plan across the organisation.Key Accountabilities Execution of the Health & Wellbeing Strategy Building and maintaining positive relationships with HS, Operational and Corporate stakeholders Single point of contact for all proactive and reactive Health & Wellbeing issues within the area of responsibility Provide leadership, technical advice, and solutions for Health & Wellbeing related issues Coach and build capability in-field and within Operational teams for key Health & Safety activities including resilience, job design, musculoskeletal risk, fatigue management, and early intervention Implementation and ownership of the organisation's Health & Safety Management System Contribution to strategic Health & Wellbeing programs Health & Safety Management System implementation and improvement Participation in strategic project teams Any other tasks as requested or directed by Head of Health & Safety Return to Work Management (Work Related & Non Work Related) The Successful CandidateThis role will appeal to an experienced Physiotherapist, Health Scientist or similar, who enjoys challenging ideas and driving improvements.
