Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions using the Salesforce platform. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and translate them into scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions. Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop custom solutions using the Salesforce platform
2. Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and provide technical recommendations
3. Develop and maintain integrations with other systems
4. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
5. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise
6. Keep up-to-date with new Salesforce features and functionalities and provide recommendations for their implementation
7. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, designers, and quality assurance testers
9. Ensure the security and integrity of the Salesforce platform
10. Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
3. Strong knowledge of Salesforce development best practices and design patterns
4. Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
5. Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs
6. Knowledge of Salesforce security and data modeling
7. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
9. Salesforce certifications (such as Platform Developer I and II) are a plus
