We are looking for a passionate Customer Support Team Lead to spearhead our support operations, ensuring exceptional service for our users while mentoring a dynamic team of support agents. Role Overview: As the Customer Support Team Lead , you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the customer support team, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of user queries. You’ll play a critical role in enhancing the quality of user interactions, streamlining processes, and driving team performance to align with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead & Inspire: Motivate and guide a team to crush goals and keep spirits high. Solve & Support: Handle escalations and build strong customer relationships. Analyse & Improve: Track performance, share insights, and refine processes. Collaborate & Innovate: Partner with internal teams to boost customer happiness. Training & Development: Organize regular training to keep the team updated on product changes and support strategies. What you bring: ✨ Experience: 2-3 years in customer service (1+ years leading a team). ✨ Skills: A problem-solver mindset with top-notch communication. ✨ Tech Savvy: Experience with CRM tools & a passion for customers!✨ Communication: Strong Communication Skills in the regional languages, i.e. - Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam is a strong plus.
