As a Delivery Manager specializing in the airline industry, you are responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of IT solutions, projects, and services tailored to the aviation sector. Key Responsibilities:
- Project Delivery : Manage the lifecycle of airline-related IT projects, from inception to deployment, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Liaise with airline business units, technical teams, and external partners to align project goals with operational requirements.
- Compliance Management : Ensure solutions meet aviation regulations, safety standards, and data security guidelines.
- Performance Optimization : Streamline airline operations through technology interventions, focusing on areas such as flight scheduling, ticketing systems, customer experience, and baggage handling.
