Remote work from home: Support Technician

We are currently recruiting for a Support Technician to join our clients’ team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will be responsible for providing effective first-level support for ICT services.

Requirements:

• Experience with Microsoft Operating Systems, applications, and mobile technologies
• Highly computer literate and experience with Windows and Citrix are essential
• An understanding of LAN/WAN network servers and Database environments
• Ability to deal promptly with customer queries and requests and take responsibility for meeting customer needs within the agreed timescale
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Complaint handing and listening skills developed to a very high degree

You will be given all the equipment needed however you will need to have the below technology requirements. Telephone landline.
