We process 200k online bookings per month and over 150 custom built white label native apps. The Opportunity We’re looking for a Junior IT Coordinator to join our team to help ensure our daily technology needs are met efficiently. You will support our global employees and ensure our IT operations run smoothly and securely. You'll assist in delivering essential tools, provide front-line support for IT issues, and work within the Security & IT team on complex issues and escalations. Your role will also involve maintaining our IT infrastructure, troubleshooting technical problems, and supporting the employee onboarding journey. Located in our Dublin office and with the opportunity to work hybridly, this position offers hands-on experience in IT & Security best practices, paving the way for professional development. What You Will Do
- Oversee the provision of devices and technology to global employees, ensuring they have the necessary tools to perform their jobs efficiently.
- Assist the Security & IT team with complex issues and escalations including:
- Technical issues
- Security events
- Assist with managing the IT budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective solutions.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure we reach compliance and security awareness training goals.
- Assist with asset management and lifecycle, overseeing devices inventory, upgrades, and replacements to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Help manage our onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all necessary equipment and access to third-party software are provided for new starters and revoked for departing staff in a timely manner.
- Respond to day-to-day staff requests:
- Access requests for new and existing applications
- Password resets
- General IT queries
- Perform daily security checks for malware, anomalies and compliance issues.
- Ensure & assist in the effective functioning of the Dublin office, including:
- Conference room IT
- Audio, and video equipment
- Office network
- Develop and communicate Security & IT policies, and oversee the documentation and updating of internal processes and guidelines to maximize efficiency and usability.
- Collaborate with the team to align Security & IT strategies with overall business goals, contributing to the development and execution of the technology roadmap.
- Occasionally help us support our colleagues who work in different time zones and regions such as the US & Australia
- You have at least 1+ experience as an IT Coordinator or similar role, ideally within a global SaaS environment
- Experience the following technologies is a strong advantage:
- Kandji, JAMF, GCPW or similar
- Google Workspace
- Slack workspace administration
- Knowledge of device provisioning, IT asset management, and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Understanding of security event management and conducting daily security checks, along with basic knowledge of security and compliance principles such as:
- AV & EDR
- GDPR & HIPAA
- IAM and Least privilege
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proactive problem-solving attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Adaptability and openness to feedback, with a willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
- Experience with conference room technology, audio/video equipment, and office networks.
