Job Title Senior Product Owner What does a successful Senior Platform Product Owner do at Fiserv? A successful Platform Product Owner defines and drives a compelling product vision and roadmap for the orange.os platform, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and user needs. They prioritise and translate complex requirements into actionable features while fostering collaboration between stakeholders and development teams. Their leadership ensures the platform's continuous improvement, delivering exceptional value to the EMEA application development community. What You Will Do

• Develop and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with organisational goals.
• Gather and prioritise requirements, creating detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the platform team and the application development community.
• Collaborate with development teams to refine and manage the product backlog.
• Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and review sessions for continuous improvement.
• Monitor platform performance metrics and user feedback to inform product decisions.
• Define and track KPIs to measure the success and impact of platform features.
• Present product updates and insights to senior management and stakeholders.

What You Will Need to Have

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a tech-driven organisation.
• Strong understanding of design principles and the software development lifecycle.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for data-driven decisions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to influence and collaborate effectively.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

What Would Be Great to Have

• Familiarity with platform engineering concepts and philosophies.
• Strong technical skills, including cloud technologies or proficiency in programming.
• Ability to deliver results while maintaining alignment across diverse teams.
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
• Advanced degree or relevant certifications in Agile or product management.
• Knowledge of market trends and emerging technologies in platform development.
• Expertise in defining and tracking KPIs for measuring feature success.
• Prior experience in fintech or platform engineering domains.
• Passion for driving innovation and creating exceptional developer experiences
