Job details

The Scan Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the scanning of documents and other media into a digital format. This role involves managing the workflow and ensuring accuracy of the scanning process. The Scan Coordinator is also responsible for training other staff in the use of scanning equipment, maintaining accurate documentation of scanning activities, and troubleshooting technical issues that may arise during the scanning process.

Scan Coordinator Duties

Direct and coordinate activities of scanning personnel

Monitor scanning production and quality to ensure accuracy and timeliness

Research and recommend scanning solutions

Train staff on scanning processes and procedures

Develop scanning standards and procedures

Maintain scanning records
