SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST (Holistic Wellness) CAPE TOWN & SURROUNDS (excluding Garden Route), WESTERN CAPE - South Africa START: February 2025 / ASAP REPORT TO: Sales Manager HOURS & SHIFTS:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 08:30 - 16:00
REMUNERATION & COMPANY BENEFITS:
  • R12,000 Basic Salary (gross)
  • R3,000 Travel allowance
  • R500 Cell Phone Allowance
  • 15% Commission upon target achieved
  • Total Cost to Company R15,500-00 per month
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • Able to work remotely and independently as H/O is based outside the Province
  • Own car with valid driver license - non negotiable
  • Confident being on the road, developing new business - this is not an office job
  • Cell phone & Laptop for business related admin
  • Based centrally in the Cape with ease of travel to surrounding areas (West Coast, Boland, Overberg, Southern Suburbs etc.)
  • Driven, motivated by sales and passionate about the Holistic & Wellbeing industries
QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Matric Certificate / Grade 12
  2. Accredited qualification in Health & Skin Care / Beauty / Somatology / Aromatherapy / Spa Therapy / Massage Therapy
  3. ITEC Diploma in Holistic Therapies (BONUS)
  4. CIDESCO Aromatherapy / Spa Therapy (BONUS)
  5. Aromatherapy Certified
  6. Degree in Wellness Sciences / Homeopathy (BONUS)
ESSENTIAL SKILLS + EXPERIENCE:
  1. Confident in your knowledge of Wellbeing, Holistic Therapies, Essential Oils and Aromatherapy
  2. Punctual & timely
  3. Confident in English (Read, Write & Speak) - professional correspondence is required
  4. Able to build a lasting rapport with clients
  5. Able to work remotely (without supervision) as well as in a team dynamic
  6. Able to plan ahead, forecast and motivate your clients
  7. Visit Salons, Spas, Clinics, Doctor rooms, etc. with a confident yet professional demeanor
