Responsibilities:

Responsible for preparing & updating the attendance summary on a monthly basis.
Have knowledge in SAP.
Monitor the use of supplies and equipment consumable and stationary.
Stock checking, receiving & distribution should be done appropriately & stock file should be updated.
Answer, screen, take messages & direct all incoming calls appropriately.
Transmit/direct faxes & emails accurately.
Greet & attend visitors, suppliers and candidates and direct appropriately, ensuring all visitors have a visitor pass and induction handbook.
Record and handle all incoming and outgoing couriers, mails, etc., ensuring that payments are handled appropriately.
Check and sign for deliveries, before informing the relevant member of staff of their arrival. Deliveries by post or courier will include valuable items (e.g., passports, certificates) which need to be handled with confidentiality. Follow procedures and ensure confidentiality and safety of all valuables.
Do not allow visitors without staff acquaintance in the factory.
Handle all requests for arranging taxi services promptly.
Ensure all log books and documents are updated on a daily basis and reported to the concerned personnel.
Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondences appropriately.
Provide general administrative and clerical support.
Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
Ensure factory and accommodation maintenance requests are entered in C-work and the status is updated after the Maintenance Dept. completes the request.
Provide logistical support to meetings held in the Board Room.
Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences, and conference telephone calls.
