Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Chef at The Bossman in Capital Governorate, Bahrain. The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading the kitchen team, creating and designing culinary offerings, managing kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and presentation, and maintaining kitchen hygiene and safety standards. Qualifications

1. Culinary Arts, Food Preparation, and Menu Planning skills
2. Experience in leading kitchen staff and managing kitchen operations
3. Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen hygiene practices
4. Creativity, innovation, and a passion for culinary excellence
5. Excellent time management and organizational skills
6. Strong communication and leadership abilities
7. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
8. Degree in Culinary Arts or related field is a plus
