We are seeking a skilled and experienced Branch Manager to oversee the operation and performance of one of our restaurant branches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Leadership: Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and adherence to company standards.
  • Team Management: Manage and develop the restaurant team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
  • Operational Efficiency: Implement and maintain effective operational systems and procedures to optimize efficiency.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to achieve and exceed revenue and profitability goals.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and analyze detailed revenue and budgetary reports on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
  • Inventory Control: Manage inventory control and purchasing to optimize costs and minimize waste.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by fostering a welcoming and hospitable environment.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Brand Promotion: Promote the restaurant brand within the local community through various marketing initiatives.
  • Brand Excellence: Maintain a strong brand image and reputation by ensuring consistent quality and service standards.
  • Leadership Development: Lead and motivate the restaurant team to achieve operational excellence.
  • Staff Coaching: Provide coaching and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and performance.

Requirements
