NOW HIRING TALENT ACQUISITION MANAGER We are hiring a Talent & Acquisition Manager to join a luxury hospitality Developer in Dubai. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversees the entire recruitment process, including job requisitions, postings, pre-screening, interviews, and issuing offer letters.
  • Organizes in-house and off-site activities, such as celebrations, parties, and conferences, in collaboration with the office manager.
  • Manages job portals and coordinates with recruitment agencies to address hiring needs for various roles.
  • Enhances employer branding and value proposition, ensuring consistency across job portals.
  • Maintains job portals, builds candidate pipelines, and ensures timely responses to applicants.
  • Collaborates with department managers to identify hiring needs and develop comprehensive hiring plans.
  • Prepares monthly reports on turnover, recruitment, and employment metrics.
  • Coordinates the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition to the office.
  • Delivers orientation programs and facilitates required training sessions.
  • Supports team development by building engagement, motivation, and retention strategies.
  • Serves as the primary contact for employee-related concerns and issues.
  • Administers the performance review process effectively.
  • Oversees all aspects of the work environment, including internal communication and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensures job requisitions, specifications, and organizational charts are consistently updated.
  • Plans and manages the social activity calendar to build employee engagement.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • 5+ years of experience in the hospitality or luxury Real Estate sectors.
  • 3+ years in a manager level role
  • 2+ years UAE experience
  • Previous experience implementing new systems and processes with a tier 1 company
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong proficiency in verbal and written English.
  • Advanced expertise in MS Office tools.
