Country: Saudi Arabia Location: Carrier, 11th Floor, Zahran Business Center, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia About the role Experienced Account Management professional, overseeing and participating in various Account Management and customer relationship management processes. Responsible for representing the company's interests and building business relationships to enhance account management performance. Requirements We are looking for people with a high-level background to approach accounts. If this is you, get in touch. As a minimum you must have:

  • 5 – 10 years of experience in the HVAC business or related fields with a focus on Major Projects
  • Fluent in both English & Arabic in written and verbal communications
  • Proven solid track record of sales in Saudi market.
  • Dynamic & passion for sales, customer oriented.
You need to demonstrate good knowledge:
  • About the business market in KSA
  • Demonstrates a high level of planning & organization skills on a daily basis.
  • Self-aware, recognizing the impact of approach and behaviors on customers, peers, and other internal and external contacts.
  • Customer focused style, demonstrating success through a 'Voice of the Customer' approach.
Responsibilities As a Manager, Sales Account Management, you’ll be responsible for:
  • Developing a professional relationship to understand the customer needs and suggest products and/or services that meet the customer's needs and responsible for customer satisfaction through executing the sales process.
  • Conducting the business development activities for the account management teams on different customer segments to support the business strategy.
  • Working with the team on major projects.
  • Developing and promoting new customer contact leads.
  • Developing personal customer relationships with prospective accounts to influence opportunities.
  • Creating customer presentations for specific customer needs.
  • Generating new business and ensuring growth of existing accounts.
  • Meeting the forecast and the goals set for the sales and order.
  • Increasing the market share.
  • Following up the quotation status with the customers, understanding the project requirements and pitching in the right solution with the support of application engineer.
  • Coordinating closely with the factories on the required pricing and support.
  • Reviewing the final technical submittals and contracts.
  • Negotiating the pricing and the payments terms with the customers.
  • Following up on payments with the customers.
  • Participating in the weekly/monthly sales review meetings.
  • Gathering market insights and generating new leads.
  • Coordinating with the factories on the equipment and arranging the deliveries.
  • Following up the complete delivery cycle.
  • Making the project costing.
  • Conducting customer visits.
  • Reviewing in detail the technical proposals.
