Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles and experience with Tally software. This role will support various accounting functions and contribute to maintaining accurate financial records. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
Record daily financial transactions using Tally software.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Prepare and file tax returns as needed.
Support audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Assist with ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proficiency in Tally software is a must.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
