Description:

  • Supervise and coordinate on all Health & Safety (H&S) related matters in the facility.
  • Prepare & maintain H&S checklists identified in the facility.
  • Ensure all workers wear proper PPE.
  • Maintain timeliness and discipline during break times.
  • Conduct daily rounds of the facility to identify abnormalities and hazards, coordinating with supervisors.
  • Maintain discipline and harmony in the facility in coordination with supervisors and management.
  • Report any indiscipline, disruptive, or dishonest conduct by workers to management.
  • Assist in periodic H&S training and safety awareness for all staff, including Safety Induction training.
  • Record incident and accident reports.
  • Inspect, maintain, and keep records of safety equipment and tools; arrange for periodic checkups and repairs.
  • In charge of First Aid kits; maintain stock and records, and arrange daily replenishment. Provide First Aid to staff.
  • Participate in conducting evacuation drills and lead emergency evacuations with the designated team.
  • Ensure emergency exit doors are well maintained.
  • Monitor high-risk activities in the facility.
  • Implement proper waste management and housekeeping systems in workplaces, maintaining social hygiene.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the department head when needed.
