Position : Production Manager Location : Ajman-UAE ( Factory Based ) Type: Full Time About Interiors Book Interiors Book is a premier online platform connecting customers with high-quality interior products and services across the MENA region. With a focus on quality, innovation, and efficiency, our operations are supported by a robust manufacturing network to deliver exceptional value. We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Production Manager to oversee and optimize our factory operations, ensuring seamless production and timely delivery of high-quality products. Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of factory foremen to ensure smooth daily operations.
Monitor and enforce production schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met accurately.
Evaluate daily production metrics and performance indicators to identify areas of improvement.
Implement strategies to improve production efficiency, value engineer processes, and enhance cost-to-quality ratios.
Prepare detailed performance reports for submission to the Factory Manager and HR department.
Ensure that all products meet Interiors Book’s stringent quality standards.
Address and resolve production issues promptly to avoid delays or disruptions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in manufacturing operations or production management.
Strong understanding of production processes, KPIs, and cost/quality optimization.
Exceptional organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in analyzing data and preparing performance reports.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus.

Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production management role.
Strong technical and analytical skills with a focus on operational efficiency.
Ability to work in a factory-based environment and manage on-the-ground operations.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
