Summary: • Middle Office operations expert with experience in derivatives trade support, front to back margin & collateral management, and accurate pricing for complex instruments (incl. Total Return Swaps, Interest Rate Swaps, Credit Default Swaps, Exotic Options, Swaptions). • This role requires a deep understanding of Derivatives operations, trade life cycle management, and the mechanics of financial instruments. Key Responsibilities:

Derivatives Trade Management: Capture, Process, Affirm, Match and settle Derivative instruments utilizing a detailed understanding of the product life cycles and covering a range of Derivatives products which include: Total Return Swaps, Interest Rate Swaps, Credit Default Swaps, Exotic Options, Swaptions.
Understanding the full life cycle of trades, including novation's, unwinds, early and partial terminals, coupons, fees, resets, substitutions, and dividends.
Resolve complex reconciliations and investigations in a timely manner to adhere to global cut off times.
Up-to-date knowledge of systems, processes, legal structures, and exception process requirements.
Collateral & Margin Management: Manage the front to back processes related to Collateral and Margin Management, including margin breaks and dispute resolution.
Understand the process for calculating, posting, and settling initial and variation margin.
Understanding of relevant legal agreements (inc. CSAs, ECS, ACAs, GMRAs).
Understanding of different collateral management setups, services and vendors, including Acadia, Triparty Agents & TriOptima.
Complex Instruments Pricing: Ability to value multiple complex instruments, in accordance with internal valuation policies.
Maintain and update valuation models and methodologies & conduct regular fair value assessments.
