Your Mission As our Business Development Executive, you'll take the lead in driving our revenue growth and building lasting client relationships. This is a role for someone passionate about tech, excited by sales challenges, and eager to grow professionally. What You'll Do:

  1. Lead Generation: Identify, research, and engage with potential clients through digital channels, networking, and events.
  2. Client Conversion: Present tailored proposals, understand client needs, and turn leads into loyal customers.
  3. Strategy Development: Craft and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies to meet monthly revenue goals.
  4. Market Analysis: Stay on top of industry trends, client demands, and competitor activities to uncover new opportunities.
  5. Brand Promotion: Advocate for our services on social media, at events, and within your network.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing and development teams to ensure seamless client satisfaction.
  7. Deal Closing: Negotiate terms and close deals with confidence.
  8. Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and share insights with the team.
What You Bring
  1. Proven experience (1–3+ years) in IT business development or tech sales.
  2. Deep understanding of digital marketing, design, and development services.
  3. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  4. Tech-savviness with familiarity in CRM tools (preferred).
  5. Results-driven mindset with self-motivation to exceed targets.
  6. Knowledge of the UAE market (preferred).
  7. UAE driving license (a plus).

Location: Dubai, Hybrid (UAE-based candidates only) Work Type: Freelance/Contract (Own Visa required) Salary: Based on qualifications and experience Commission: 5% per sale, uncapped after achieving a monthly revenue target of AED 30,000 Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
  1. Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
