الدرجة العلمية والتخصص: بكالوريوس تقنية معلومات المهام والمسؤوليات الوظيفية:
- المشاركة في جمع المعلومات والمتطلبات من الادارات المعنية وتحليلها لإنشاء التصميم.
- تحديد اهداف النظام ووضع الخرائط والمخططات التي تصف خطوات تنفيذ النظام.
- تطوير البرامج والانظمة واكتشاف الاخطاء بها ومعالجتها.
- تقييم التدريب للموظفين المرشحين على استخدام الانظمة المستحدثة بما فيها من شاشات ادخال واستعلام وكيفية استخراج البيانات عن طريق طباعة التقارير.
- التنسيق مع محلل الانظمة ومدير قواعد البيانات والمستخدمين لتحقيق التوافق التقني ورضا العميل او المستخدم.
- المشاركة في تقديم الدعم الفني على الانظمة التطبيقية في الدائرة مثل (نظام الموارد البشرية – نظام الادارة المالية – نظام الرخص الاقتصادية – نظام المختبر المركزي) خلال فترة زمنية محددة.
- الاطلاع على التطوير التقني في مجال تكنولوجيا المعلومات واعداد تقارير منها.
- الإشراف على توثيق وتطوير ومراجعة الاجراءات الخاصة بتصميم النظام لمواكبة الاحتياجات الوظيفية.
- اتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
- استخدام الحاسب الآلي.
- إدارة الوقت.
- تحمل ضغط العمل.
- التواصل مع الآخرين.
