Key Responsibilities

Meet Customers: Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and build strong relationships.
Generate Enquiries: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through prospecting and networking.
Study Customer Requirements: Analyse customer needs to provide tailored solutions that meet their specific requirements.
Represent the Dealership: Present and promote the company’s products and services professionally.
Handle Sales Process: Manage the entire sales process from generating enquiries to invoicing, including follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
Promote Aftersales Services: Emphasize the importance of aftersales services to ensure repeat business.

3. Products Focus Sales representatives will focus on the full range of light construction machinery offered by Al Wisam Trading Co. L.L.C., including but not limited to:

Wood, Interlock, Blocks & Tiles Cutting & Handling Equipment
Diamond Tools
Forced-Action and Free-Fall Mixers
Compaction Equipment
Rebar Bending / Cutting Equipment
Vertical Access Solutions
Concrete Handling Equipment
Tower Lights
Generators
Bitumen Distributors

4. Qualifications and Experience

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar field.

5. Sales Process

Prospecting: Identify potential customers through various channels.
Making Contact: Initiate contact with prospects to introduce the company and products.
Qualifying Prospects: Assess the potential of prospects to determine their needs and budget.
Nurturing Prospects: Build relationships with prospects by providing information and addressing their queries.
Presenting Offers: Demonstrate the value and benefits of the products to meet customer needs.
Overcoming Objections: Address any concerns or objections raised by the prospects.
Closing the Sale: Finalize the sale and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.

6. Performance Metrics

Client Meetings: Number of clients met.
Conversion Rate: Number of clients converted into buyers.
Repeat Business: Number of repetitive orders from existing clients. There are no specific sales targets or fixed bonuses.

7. Onboarding and Training

New sales representatives will receive training on the company’s products and scope of operations.
