About the Role: As the Head of Fleet, you will oversee the strategy, operations, and optimization of our extensive fleet. You'll play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance, while driving innovation in our processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage large-scale fleet operations, including acquisition, maintenance, and disposal strategies.
- Develop and implement effective cost-control measures to optimize fleet expenses.
- Monitor fleet performance using data-driven insights and introduce improvements for efficiency and safety.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
