Position Summary: We are looking for a reliable and vigilant Security Guard to safeguard a private villa. The ideal candidate will ensure the safety of residents, visitors, and property, maintaining a secure environment at all times. Proficiency in English and Arabic is a must to communicate effectively with the residents and guests. Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and patrol the villa premises to ensure the safety and security of residents, visitors, and property.
- Control access to the villa by verifying visitors and managing entry logs.
- Respond promptly to alarms, suspicious activities, or any disturbances on the property.
- Provide assistance and directions to guests while maintaining professionalism.
- Inspect and maintain surveillance equipment, security systems, and perimeter alarms.
- Report any irregularities, damages, or safety hazards to the villa management.
- Coordinate with emergency services (police, fire, or medical) when necessary.
- Maintain clear communication with villa staff and management to address security needs.
- Assist in the safe handling of packages, deliveries, and other villa-related services.
- Ensure gates, doors, and windows are secured at all times.
- Prior experience as a security guard or in a similar role, preferably for private residences or villas.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory .
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
- Physical fitness to conduct regular patrols and respond quickly in emergencies.
- Knowledge of security equipment, including CCTV, access controls, and alarms.
- Familiarity with basic safety protocols and emergency response procedures.
- A valid security license or certification as required by local regulations.
- Experience working in high-end residential or private settings.
- Training in first aid and fire safety.
