Position Summary: We are looking for a reliable and vigilant Security Guard to safeguard a private villa. The ideal candidate will ensure the safety of residents, visitors, and property, maintaining a secure environment at all times. Proficiency in English and Arabic is a must to communicate effectively with the residents and guests. Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and patrol the villa premises to ensure the safety and security of residents, visitors, and property.
Control access to the villa by verifying visitors and managing entry logs.
Respond promptly to alarms, suspicious activities, or any disturbances on the property.
Provide assistance and directions to guests while maintaining professionalism.
Inspect and maintain surveillance equipment, security systems, and perimeter alarms.
Report any irregularities, damages, or safety hazards to the villa management.
Coordinate with emergency services (police, fire, or medical) when necessary.
Maintain clear communication with villa staff and management to address security needs.
Assist in the safe handling of packages, deliveries, and other villa-related services.
Ensure gates, doors, and windows are secured at all times.

Requirements:

Prior experience as a security guard or in a similar role, preferably for private residences or villas.
Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory .
Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
Physical fitness to conduct regular patrols and respond quickly in emergencies.
Knowledge of security equipment, including CCTV, access controls, and alarms.
Familiarity with basic safety protocols and emergency response procedures.
A valid security license or certification as required by local regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in high-end residential or private settings.
Training in first aid and fire safety.

Work Schedule: This role may involve working Full day, including weekends and holidays. Compensation: Insurance will be provided Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED1,500.00 per month #J-18808-Ljbffr
