Project Management Coordinator Bespoke Modular Solutions Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Management Coordinator with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will support the project management team in planning, executing, and finalizing projects within scope, timeline, and budget. This role involves coordinating across departments, maintaining documentation, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the team in planning and coordinating modular construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and milestones, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, production, and site teams, to ensure project alignment and progress.
  • Prepare and update project documentation, including contracts, schedules, reports, and communication logs.
  • Monitor and track project budgets, expenses, and invoices to ensure cost control.
  • Coordinate and document project meetings, distribute minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Act as the point of contact for project updates, providing timely and accurate reports to stakeholders.
  • Identify potential risks and issues, escalate them to Project Managers, and assist in implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Support handover and close-out processes, ensuring proper documentation and client satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience: 3-4 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in modular construction or a related field.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent). Familiarity with AutoCAD or BIM is an advantage.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with the capability to anticipate issues and propose practical solutions.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of modular construction processes, materials, and regulatory requirements is preferred.
  • Certifications: PMP or CAPM certification is a plus.
