الدرجة العلمية والتخصص: بكالوريوس (أمن المعلومات / تكنولوجيا معلومات / تقنية المعلومات) المهام والمسؤوليات الوظيفية:

وضع خطط التحول الذكي للخدمات وأتمته الإجراءات، ووضع التوصيات بشأنها لمدير إدارة تطوير الخدمات الذكية.
إعداد ومراجعة العروض المقدمة للتطبيقات الرقمية والذكية، ورفع التوصيات بشأنها لمدير الإدارة.
تحديد الميزة التنافسية التي قد تعود على الدائرة من التحول الذكي لخدماتها.
إعداد دراسات جدوى التحول الذكي، ومراجعة الموازنات التقديرية المرصودة.
مراجعة خدمات وعمليات الدائرة، وتحديد الخطوات والإجراءات التي يمكن أتمتها وتحويلها لأنظمة ذكية.
وضع مقترحات التحول الذكي، وتحديد المزايا المادية وغير المادية.
القيام بأية مهام أخرى ذات صلة بالوظيفة وفق ما تفتضيه حاجة العمل.

المهارات المطلوبة:

إتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
استخدام الحاسب الآلي.
إدارة الوقت.
تحمل ضغط العمل.
التواصل مع الآخرين.
