Accountant

Location: Dubai Pay: AED2,000 - AED3,500 a month Job Type: Full-time We are a Real Estate company leasing residential and commercial properties. We are looking for an Accountant and Senior Accountant.

Job Responsibilities:

Recording bank receipts and refunds on a timely basis for unit sales and rentals.
Maintaining up-to-date financial records of sold and rented properties.
Maintaining and monitoring cash flow projections for unit receivables.
Monitoring and following up on receivables of instalments, rentals, etc., highlighting defaulters for follow-up or legal actions as applicable.
Coordinating with the CRM team and Real Estate Agents.
Updating changes in Real Estate SPAs and rental agreements.
Managing all documentation aspects of the above areas of responsibility.
Performing other accounting duties and responsibilities as may be delegated from time to time.

Requirements:

Real Estate Accounting Experience of at least 1 year is required.
Total Accounting Experience of at least 3 years is required.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
At least a Bachelor's degree.
Possess a can-do attitude.
Hardworking and detail-oriented.
