Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:
- Plan, schedule, and manage interior construction projects from start to finish.
- Develop detailed work programs and timelines for interior works.
- Monitor project progress and resolve any delays or challenges.
Team Coordination:
- Supervise and coordinate with architects, designers, subcontractors, and laborers.
- Assign tasks to team members and ensure productivity.
- Conduct regular site meetings to address updates and concerns.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that all interior works meet design specifications, client requirements, and industry standards.
- Conduct inspections and quality checks during various project stages.
Budget and Cost Management:
- Prepare and monitor project budgets for interior works.
- Control costs by managing resources efficiently and negotiating with suppliers.
- Approve and process invoices for payments.
Health and Safety Compliance:
- Enforce safety protocols on-site and ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement necessary preventive measures.
Material and Resource Management:
- Oversee procurement and delivery of materials specific to interior projects.
- Ensure optimal use of resources, minimizing waste and delays.
Client Interaction:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries and updates.
- Present progress reports and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED14,000 - 15,000 per month #J-18808-Ljbffr
