Join Takeys in the United Arab Emirates: Commission-Based Sales Representative for Brand License Expansion Job Description: Takeys, a pioneering property management and concierge company, is looking to expand its presence across the United Arab Emirates. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated sales representative, compensated entirely through commission, to develop our brand license network with local entrepreneurs. Responsibilities:

Identify and engage entrepreneurs interested in acquiring a Takeys brand license across various Emirates cities.
Present the benefits and opportunities offered by our brand license model.
Negotiate and close license agreements, ensuring sales targets are met.
Organize and participate in networking events to promote Takeys to local entrepreneurs and investors.
Provide regular follow-up and support to new licensees to ensure their success and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Experience in sales or business development, ideally in property management, hospitality, or business services sectors.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong entrepreneurial spirit and clear understanding of the UAE business market.
Ability to work independently with a strong commitment to results.
English proficiency is essential; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
