About Us At Bella Coffee, we are passionate about delivering exceptional foodservice products with a focus on quality and innovation. We are the proud exclusive distributors of two dynamic brands, RSTD (Speciality Coffee) and PerfectTed (Matcha) , both of which are making their mark in the foodservice industry. We are looking for an experienced and proactive Brand Manager to help us elevate both brands and drive continued growth. Role Overview We are looking for a Brand Manager with a background in Hospitality or FMCG who will take full ownership of the strategic growth and development of our two brands. This individual will be responsible for the activation of brand campaigns, exploring new business opportunities, and driving effective strategies for both RSTD and PerfectTed. What You'll be Doing:

Brand Activations, Events, and Partnerships
Lead the planning and execution of brand activations, events, and strategic partnerships.
Work cross-functionally to deliver memorable brand experiences that resonate with our foodservice customers.
Revenue Generation & Customer Acquisition
Scan the business environment to identify new opportunities for revenue growth, including potential new customers and untapped markets for both RSTD and PerfectTed.
Build relationships with existing and new customers to drive brand awareness and sales.

Qualifications & Requirements

Young, motivated individuals eager to learn and grow, perfect for those early in their careers.
3-4 years of experience (not more), ideally within Hospitality / F&B or FMCG sectors.
MUST be passionate about Coffee / Matcha :)
Proven track record of successful brand activations and partnerships.
Strong ability to analyze market trends and consumer behavior to generate growth.
Experience in event planning and managing multiple stakeholders.
Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills.
UAE Driving License & Car
