Job details
We are looking for an experienced construction foreman with a strong background in shuttering work to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities related to shuttering works, including preparation, installation, and dismantling.
- Plan and allocate tasks to team members based on project requirements and priorities.
- Ensure work is performed according to project specifications, blueprints, and safety regulations.
- Oversee the preparation and assembly of formwork systems for reinforced concrete structures such as slabs, columns, beams, and walls.
- Inspect shuttering setups to ensure proper alignment, leveling, and stability before pouring concrete.
- Train team members on advanced shuttering techniques and best practices.
- Direct and supervise workers, ensuring productivity, adherence to quality standards, and efficient use of resources.
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a cooperative and productive work environment.
- Address any conflicts or challenges among the workforce promptly.
