Posted In 14/9/2013 Job Description Our Client, a major, multi-business progressive group that has expanded tremendously over the past five years, seeks a financial specialist who could spearhead the Group’s prime objective of going public. You should have handled a broad-based corporate finance role either in a banking environment, an Investment / Merchant Banking house, or a large corporate house. You would have a strong MBA / CA / Banking qualifications with at least 10 years of multi-faceted corporate finance experience. You would form part of a large Corporate finance team and you would be expected to have an in-depth knowledge of Stock Exchange dynamics, Stock valuation, structuring of offering, and the strategy to implement such a complex programme. Gross Monthly Base Salary: AED 30,000
