The Coordinator Security Pass is responsible for issuing temporary and permanent security passes to approved companies and personnel based on CID clearance and in adherence to security pass processing guidelines. Job Brief

The Coordinator Security Pass is responsible for issuing temporary and permanent security passes to approved companies and personnel based on CID clearance and in adherence to security pass processing guidelines. The role involves maintaining accurate records, handling financial transactions related to pass issuance, and ensuring compliance with audit and operational standards.

Responsibilities

  • Issue security passes to internal subsidiaries and external companies with CID and police approval.
  • Update and maintain accurate data for permanent passes in the Security System.
  • Collect fees for passes, issue receipts, and reconcile daily cash and receipts with the Officer Security Passes.
  • Prepare monthly revenue reports and analyze business growth trends over the past three years.
  • Follow up with CID and police to ensure timely processing of applications.
  • Address inquiries and issues from company representatives regarding security passes for their staff.
  • Draft correspondence in both Arabic and English related to the Security Pass Section.
  • Utilize the ERP system (Oracle application) for electronic billing.
  • Reconcile weekly and monthly payments and revenue and prepare revenue reports.
  • Process requests from system users within the Security Pass System, taking appropriate approval or rejection actions.
  • Ensure compliance with department policies, procedures, and KPI requirements.
  • Participate in audits of policies and procedures and highlight quality or compliance issues.
  • Support change management activities and identify technology-related needs for process automation.
  • Assist in developing periodic reports and strategic planning processes.
  • Seek professional development opportunities and participate in performance appraisals to enhance skills.

Education and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
