What You Will Do

The Project Engineer is a key role directly reporting to the Project Manager for the Middle East region. You will be based in Dubai and will be a part of a growing team, responsible for driving the growth of business for Security Systems. You will support the project management team in designing and executing projects. As a member of this team, you will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your experience to support the team with pre-sales and estimation.

How You Will Do It

As an Experienced Project Engineer, you need to have good knowledge in designing and executing physical security systems solutions involving Access Control, CCTV, Intercom, Network, and associated peripherals. You will carry out site surveys for the assigned territory and involve subcontractors for installation works. As a Project Engineer, you will prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor the assigned engineering projects. You will also monitor compliance with applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications. Additionally, you will interact daily with clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field.

Required

What We Look For

Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering or Similar Discipline from a reputable university.
Minimum of 6-8 years project engineering experience in the execution of low voltage physical security systems in UAE.
Comprehensive knowledge of large physical security systems including Access Control, CCTV, Intercom, Gate Barrier, Intrusion Systems, etc.
Good interpersonal, negotiation, team management, and influencing skills.
Excellent analytical, strategic conceptual thinking and planning, project costing and execution skills.
Determine cost estimate targets during the design and development process, recommending cost-effective solutions.
Proven ability to produce high-quality and impactful professional documents for clients and internal use.
Clear understanding of contractual documents/obligations and preparation of official communications with clients/vendors.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
