Maintenance Engineer (Fire Protection Systems)

- Prepare & manage maintenance schedules, service, and troubleshooting of fire protection systems for maintenance projects.
- Designing & quoting of small projects.
- Manage installation and commissioning works.
- Handle new orders and chargeable jobs.
- Arrange & attend meetings with clients & consultants.
- Receive complaints from customers and recognize and deal with the problems.
- Organizing the work schedule of supervisors and technicians.
- Follow the periodic invoicing of contracts.
- Coordinate with the related party for material delivery and site work progress to match committed schedules.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in maintenance of fire protection systems.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in programming and technical support for EST3 & EST4 systems.
- Certified in EST3 & EST4 systems, including migration to new systems.
- Experience on follow-up maintenance contracts.
