Maintenance Engineer (Fire Protection Systems)

Responsibilities

  1. Prepare & manage maintenance schedules, service, and troubleshooting of fire protection systems for maintenance projects.
  2. Designing & quoting of small projects.
  3. Manage installation and commissioning works.
  4. Handle new orders and chargeable jobs.
  5. Arrange & attend meetings with clients & consultants.
  6. Receive complaints from customers and recognize and deal with the problems.
  7. Organizing the work schedule of supervisors and technicians.
  8. Follow the periodic invoicing of contracts.
  9. Coordinate with the related party for material delivery and site work progress to match committed schedules.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in maintenance of fire protection systems.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in programming and technical support for EST3 & EST4 systems.
  • Certified in EST3 & EST4 systems, including migration to new systems.
  • Experience on follow-up maintenance contracts.
