Job details
- Source candidates for blue-collar positions through platforms such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Actively visit local markets to directly source qualified technicians.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates in the UAE market.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and sourcing to screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and fulfill them in a timely manner.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job specifications and qualifications.
- Ensure all recruitment processes comply with UAE labor laws and company policies.
- 3-5 years of experience in blue-collar recruitment in the UAE.
- Proficient in using Naukri and LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
- Strong ability to source candidates directly from local markets.
- Ability to engage effectively with the local workforce.
