Our initiative is an educational grant program aimed at supporting and empowering Emiratis to obtain the necessary qualifications to work in the healthcare sector whilst you study. This is not a job, but support while you study. It is one of the initiatives by the Emirati Competitiveness Council (NAFES). The program provides participants with:

• Monthly allowances
• Training opportunities during the study period (Citizen Student Work Contract)
