Keys Please Holiday Homes, a leading Airbnb management company in Dubai, is looking for a Senior Housekeeping Supervisor with a valid UAE driver's license to oversee the housekeeping operations across our portfolio of short-term rental properties. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in housekeeping supervision, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage a dynamic team across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities :

Supervise, train, and manage a team of housekeeping staff to maintain top-quality cleanliness and presentation of all holiday rental properties.
Conduct regular inspections of Airbnb properties to ensure they meet our high standards for guest satisfaction.
Coordinate cleaning schedules and property turnovers to ensure smooth operations and timely check-ins.
Address any maintenance or cleanliness issues promptly in collaboration with other departments.
Manage housekeeping supplies and ensure proper inventory control.
Drive to different properties across Dubai as needed (valid UAE driver's license required).
Respond to guest feedback related to cleanliness and ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements :

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a housekeeping supervisory role, ideally in short-term rentals, hotels, or property management.
Valid UAE driver’s license (mandatory).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage housekeeping operations across multiple properties.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
