- Carrying out the day-to-day functions of Sales & Leasing either independently or in conjunction with other Consultants (Renting, Buying and/or Selling properties). - Estimating the current market price and suggesting a reserve or minimum selling price list for sellers and arranging for the listing of concerned properties. - Working hard to list most of the available properties in that specific area which the consultant is specialized in. - Liaising with clients to accommodate their rental or sale requirements until the appropriate property is found. - Taking prospective buyers to inspect properties and promoting sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services. - Acting as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers when transaction details need to be negotiated, generally representing one or the other. Minimum Requirements:
- All nationalities welcome.
- Full-time commitment.
- Presentable and aggressive in reaching monthly targets.
- Real Estate Experience mandatory (Minimum 2 Years). Must have at least worked in a Dubai Real Estate Company and should have a good sales/rental track record (Concentrating on selling freehold properties).
- Discipline, organized, and trustworthy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken in English.
- Computer Skills: MS Windows & MS Office.
- Full UAE Driving license, with own car.
- RERA Certified.
