1. Generate and qualify leads through various channels including networking and online marketing.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
3. Conduct property showings and presentations to potential buyers and sellers.
4. Negotiate and close real estate deals, ensuring client satisfaction.
5. Prepare and submit necessary paperwork and documentation for transactions.
6. Stay informed about market trends, property values, and industry regulations.
7. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire buying or selling process.
